Motivation = the drive, inspiration, and incentive to achieve a goal.
Attitude = mind set towards a specific goal.
Attendance = the act of showing up to reach that goal.
Motivation, Attitude, and Attendance are all required to obtain you goals. All of you have the Motivation to reach your health and fitness goals. You all have the Attitude needed to take the steps for that specific goal. Some of you have even taken the steps to be part of an organized fitness program. You have shown up to several of the sessions, but have been too inconsistent with your Attendance for the results of the training regimen to take effect. By skipping out of your training sessions you will continue your rollercoaster ride of being unhealthy. Get off the couch or out of your office and back to your training. The longer you wait, the more miserable you will feel. The faster you return, the better you will feel. If you can’t do it for yourself, do it for your spouse and kids. Each day of exercise can add days spent with your loved ones.
